Keener Financial Planning started it’s internship program in 2021. Each year, we’ve created a video with our intern about their experience. We hope these financial planning internship videos can serve as a reference for those considering applying with our firm. Our goal is to give interns a high-value experience of what it’s really like to be a financial planner. We find it mutually beneficial to enable our interns to enjoy first-hand being part of a team working together to help clients meet their financial goals. Justin Apostolo was our summer 2025 intern. Justin was between his junior and senior year at BYU-Idaho.
Stephen Ropes was our summer 2024 intern. He had just graduated with a bachelor’s in Financial Planning from the University of North Texas.
Morgan Green was our summer 2023 intern. She was between her junior and senior year at BYU-Idaho.
Geselle Avalos was our 2022 financial planning intern. She was entering her senior year at Texas Tech in the personal financial planning program.
Our 2021 intern, Steven Myers, gave us a great first experience with an internship. He was entering his senior year at Edinboro University in the financial planning program.
